Processing Time Orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Expedited Shipping: [1–5 business days] — [$20]

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.

International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally. 

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at guestcare@imaginknation.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
